Handmade Lokta Paper Garland- Red Lucky Cat kitchen towel with French pastry images of highly concentrated pure colorHandmade Lokta Paper Garland with Lucky Cat in red on a cream Lokta background. Lokta papers are cut to shape and stitched together to finish the garland. All elements of the garland are made by hand by a women's cooperative in Nepal. The women cut and assemble each element of the garlands body and sews them together into an approximately 6 foot long garland. The Lokta paper is made using bark of the Daphne plant that is harvested while the plant
