A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon (for structure and flavour), and 5% Malbec (providing colour and richness), whichwas selectively picked, then sorted for optimum quality. The fruit spent 17 days on skins to extract colour, tannin and flavour, with fermentation taking place in one tonne hand
