The wine takes its name from the copse of trees surrounding the two hectare parcelThe Cradle of the Fairies. Fermented wild in stainless steel, it is classified as Vin de France, as the wines six month aging is less than is legally required for the Savennires appellation. The combination of the vineyards schist soils and
