No fungicides or weedkillers are used in the vineyard, and the winemaking process is minimal intervention, using wild yeasts and without the addition of sulphites. After fermentation the wine is aged for 8 months in 160 to 750 litre clay amphorae. Aromas of red cherry with lightly peppery, herbal notes. The palate is bold and powerful with mouth
