Made in the Domfrontais style with approximately 70% pear and 30% apple, naturally fermented and single distilled on the family's wood fired copper column still. Younger than the 1980 by nearly two decades, this vintage shows a different stage of evolutionstill vibrant with fruit character but gaining the dried fruit and spice complexity that
