On the 19th of April, Cabernet Sauvignon from our Dead Morris vineyard (91%) was handpicked and co fermented with 9% Petit Verdot, with maceration on skins for 16 days. The wine was then matured for 14 months in 36% new fine grained Taransaud French Oak barriques.
