citrus peel and hints of fresh herbs

Darroze 1990 Petit Carrique GBA 41.4% 200ml champagne-egly-ouriet citrus peel and hints ofGold color, intense. Brown reflections. The nose is marked by long aging: cigar box, leather, liquorice, nutmeg, toast, gingerbread, toffee. However, the nose remains fresh and light. We find these balsamic aromas, liquorice, chocolate in the mouth with a more spicy finish: white pepper, candied ginger. Nice length in the mouth.
