The drive shafts turn freely. The sickle bar blade has rust. The mower has a new pitman arm assembly. The sickle bar mower will come as shown in the photos. The mower would need the PTO pulley, belt, and drag link support. The mower can be shipped freight or local pick up. If shipped freight there is a $30. 00 palleting fee.
