This classic Cabernet Sauvignon had a small addition of Merlot to fill out the mid-palate and is charactersied by vibrant varietal fruit and long firm tannins

which is met with crisp acidity

So not a typical source and the mature vines and limestone rich soil here combine to a more than handy example of Moscato, built on energy and texture rather than simple fruitiness. The 2019 offers fabulous perfume and savoury freshness to go with the expected, generous and fleshy texture.
