Distillerie Mette Apple (Pomme) 45% 500ml Size::1 Bottle Vines from the Wieden old7 apple varieties from Alsace are picked in the fall winter, and after a natural fermentation, they are distilled twice in our copper pot stills. Our Apple eau de vie is aged for a minimum of 5 years in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
