The leaves are palm shaped, heart shaped at the base, and are 35 cm wide and up to 6 cm long. The leaves are soft due to a cover of glandular hairs that give a velvet touch and sheen to the leaves. When rubbed or crushed the leaves give off their lovely peppermint fragrance. Peppermint geraniums can grow up
