Cascina Francia's 14 hectares in Serralunga d'Alba include approximately 5 hectares of Barbera, yielding one of the Langhe's most sought after expressions of the grape. Giovanni Conterno purchased Francia in 1974; it has been the estate's heart ever since. Traditional large oak aging brings supple richness to Barbera's natural vibrancy. When you drink this
