The turtle box made of solid brass by Jonathan Adler is adorned with naturally gleaming emerald malachite and features a removable lid shaped like a shell. It was hand cast from a clay model shaped by Jonathan and his team in our studio in Soho, then cast in solid brass and polished by Hand to perfection. Like a fine wine or your favorite leather jacket, the brass only improves with time developing a rich natural patina.
