This Habitation Velier is produced using the Philippine sugarcane variety Manpu. Fermentation lasts 9 to 11 days, incorporating young muck aged in the tropical biome of Bukidnon. Aged for 20 months in ex Chardonnay barrels, it has an Angels share of >10%. A world premiere rich in character and expressiveness.
