The grapes are vinified using a temperature controlled method to preserve the aromatic integrity and finesse of the grape variety. After cold maceration, fermentation takes place in steel, followed by a few months of refinement which enhances its structure. The result is a smooth, intense, and persistent wine, with a refined, elegant
