It is based on the original find in a bog near Dybck in Skne, Sweden. Currently, it can be viewed at the Historiska Museum in Stockholm. The sword is a type 'Z' according to Petersen's typology. The pommel was never found, so it is reconstructed based on the original finds of the upper guard and cross, that were originally made of gold plated silver. The decorations are elaborate,
