As one might guess from her surname, she is a third generation Arvidsson. All of Mia's designs are hand painted on sketches before they are prepared for printing. This is a craft they are very proud of and which few can perform today. Mia's inspiration often comes from nature in the local area. The Bjrkdungen (Birch Grove) design is probably Mia's most famous design featuring birch trees.
