It is clear, non sticky and it laminates perfectly and highlights color and glitter extremely well. Usage: Start by shaking the plastisol thoroughly before use. A tip is to add a larger nut or ball to really mix the hardener. Keep in mind that small air bubbles are shaken into the plastisol, so let the can bottle stand for a few minutes to let the air bubbles
