The temperature range between day and night and the loose soil favor the aromatic heritage of the grapes. On the nose the Prosecco Puro highlights floral and fruity aromatic notes. The flavor is full, fresh, pleasantly acidic and with a good aftertaste persistence. The bubble is fine and persistent, almost creamy.
