Wolfrest is a 100% Italian Gin with strong roots in the Piedmont region. The project began in 2017 from an idea by Valentina and Giovanni in Montelupo Albese, a small town a few steps from Alba. All the botanicals used are excellent Italian products, from Umbrian juniper, to wild thyme, bay leaf and rosemary, then moving to Liguria
