All they had to do was sit back, relax and wait for the grapes to ripen. Old school, skinsy and wild, whole berries fermented wild in open bins, foot stomped and pressed to big old barrels for 6 months. No additions. Stirred not shaken for extra mouthfeel. Unfined, unfiltered, a little bit cloudy. Savvy B, but not as you know it. A fusion of
